How do I create or update my profile?
Go to Profile Description from your dashboard. Fill in your personal details, family details, and preferences, then save. You can update your profile anytime.
How can I make my profile more visible in search?
Complete your profile with accurate information, upload approved photos, and keep your preferences updated. Complete profiles appear better in search results.
What is the difference between free and premium membership?
Premium membership unlocks additional visibility and access features, including full access to premium-only sections such as profile viewers. Free users have limited access.
How do I send interest to another user?
Open a profile and use the Send Interest button. You can track your sent and received interests from the Interests section.
How can I report or block a user?
Open the user profile and choose Report or Block. Report helps moderation review suspicious behavior, and Block prevents interactions with that user.
Why are some photos blurred?
Blurred photos are controlled by privacy settings or access limits. Approved visibility rules and membership access determine when original photos are shown.
How do I contact support?
Use the Help and Support page under Settings. Submit your subject and message, and our support team will review and respond.
Where can I see my account activity?
Go to Settings > Audit Logs to view your recent account activity. Admins have additional visibility in the admin audit logs module.
