Welcome to WeddingWay. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, messaging services, and related products (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using WeddingWay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

  • You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable law.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and secure.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may request identity or profile verification where necessary.

3. Profile Information and Accuracy

  • You agree to provide truthful profile information, photos, and preferences.
  • You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, religion, or other key details.
  • We may moderate, limit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Member Interactions and Communication

  • WeddingWay helps members discover and communicate with potential matches.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility, relationship outcomes, meetings, or marriage.
  • You are solely responsible for your interactions, online and offline.
  • Use caution before sharing personal details, financial data, or meeting in person.

5. Premium Features, Plans, and Purchases

  • Certain features require a paid plan, including premium messaging-related and contact-view capabilities.
  • Plan pricing, validity, limits, and features are displayed before purchase.
  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers (for example, Stripe, card processors, or mobile payment partners).
  • Unless required by law, fees are generally non-refundable after successful activation or feature usage.
  • We may update plan offerings and pricing prospectively.

6. Contact and Privacy Controls

  • Access to contact details and message visibility may vary based on your plan and platform rules.
  • Free and premium features may differ for masking, viewing, and communication access.
  • You agree not to bypass, scrape, or misuse contact-view controls.

7. User Content License

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant WeddingWay a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display such content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • You confirm you have rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit any member.
  • Share hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
  • Attempt fraud, extortion, blackmail, or scam activity.
  • Collect or scrape personal data without permission.
  • Upload malware or interfere with Service integrity.
  • Use bots, fake profiles, or automated abuse patterns.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may review reports, moderate profiles, and enforce platform safety rules.
  • We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations or risk.
  • We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

10. Third-Party Services

  • The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure (hosting, payments, analytics, notifications, and media processing).
  • We are not responsible for third-party outages or independent third-party terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using WeddingWay at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal obligations, or security risk.
  • Certain obligations survive termination, including payment and legal rights sections.

12. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or guaranteed results.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, WeddingWay and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to WeddingWay in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeddingWay, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by applicable local law where WeddingWay operates, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith support resolution.

16. Changes to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time.
  • Updated versions become effective when posted, unless stated otherwise.
  • Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
