1. BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to WeddingWay ("WeddingWay," "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), an online matrimonial and marriage match-facilitation service owned and operated exclusively by Aatron ("Company," "Aatron").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding, enforceable contract between you ("User," "Member," "you," or "your") and Aatron. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the WeddingWay web application, website, responsive mobile applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), notifications, and all related matchmaking and matrimonial tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING WEDDINGWAY IN ANY MANNER, YOU UNCONDITIONALLY ACKNOWLEDGE, REPRESENT, AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EVERY TERM, CONDITION, AND DISCLAIMER SET FORTH HEREIN, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ALL USE.
2. PURE MATRIMONIAL PURPOSE: STRICT CASUAL DATING EXCLUSION
WeddingWay is exclusively designed, architected, and operated as a serious matrimonial and marriage facilitation platform. Its single purpose is to assist legally eligible adults and their families in identifying and communicating with prospective life partners for lawful, monogamous matrimony.
2.1 Complete Disclaimer of Casual Dating or Hookup Services
WeddingWay is NOT a casual dating application, casual dating portal, hookup directory, adult entertainment forum, or escort agency.
Any attempt to use WeddingWay for casual dating, non-marital intimate encounters, commercial sexual solicitation, transactional relationships, or illicit activities is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material, non-curable breach of this Agreement.
2.2 Affirmative Representation of Marital Intent
By registering an account or maintaining a profile on the Platform, you make an affirmative, legally binding representation and warranty that you are using the Services with the genuine, bona fide intention of entering into a lawful marriage.
3. MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY
To register, access, or utilize WeddingWay, you must meet, warrant, and continuously satisfy all of the following mandatory conditions:
1. Legal Age of Majority: You must be of legal age to enter into a valid, lawful marriage in your country, state, and jurisdiction of residence and citizenship. In no event may any user be under eighteen (18) years of age (or twenty-one (21) years where required by local statutory marriage laws).
2. Legal Freedom to Marry: You must be legally single and free to marry under the civil and personal laws applicable to you. You must strictly fall within one of the following legal categories:
Legally unmarried (never married);
Legally divorced with a final, unappealable, absolute decree of dissolution issued by a competent court or legal authority;
Legally widowed with official government death certification of your deceased spouse; or
Legally annulled with official decree.
(Individuals currently undergoing divorce proceedings who have not obtained a final, absolute dissolution decree are strictly prohibited from registering).
3. Married Persons Strictly Barred: Any legally married person who registers on WeddingWay to solicit an extramarital affair or deceptive match is subject to immediate permanent termination, public forfeiture of fees, and potential civil and criminal reporting.
4. Mental Competency: You must be of sound mind, fully lucid, and possess the unrestricted legal capacity to execute binding contracts and solemnize a valid marriage.
5. Clean Criminal Background: You warrant that you have never been convicted of any felony, violent crime, sexual offense, fraud, extortion, domestic abuse, harassment, or moral turpitude offense, and you are not registered on any sex offender registry or terrorist watch list.
6. No Prior Revocations: You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or terminated by Aatron or WeddingWay for breach of terms or community misconduct.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, CREDENTIALS, AND AUTHENTICATION
4.1 Truthful Registration
To access matchmaking features, you must register an account. You agree to:
Provide authentic, accurate, complete, and current information (including legal first and last name, verified email address, active mobile phone number with correct international country dialing code, date of birth, biological gender, and religion).
Maintain and promptly update your profile information to reflect any changes in your status.
4.2 Security of Credentials and Multi-Factor OTPs
Authentication relies on secure passwords, email verification tokens, and mobile phone One-Time Passwords (OTPs). You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is legally deemed your own action. You must immediately notify Aatron at support@aatron.org or admin@aatron.org upon detecting any unauthorized access or breach of account security.
4.3 Single Profile Limitation
Each individual candidate is permitted exactly one (1) active profile. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, duplicate profiles, or shadow profiles is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination of all accounts and permanent blacklisting of associated telephone numbers and device identifiers.
5. THIRD-PARTY AND FAMILY-MANAGED PROFILES
WeddingWay supports traditional familial involvement by permitting profiles to be created and managed by:
Self (the candidate);
Parents;
Siblings;
Relatives; or
Legal Guardians / Authorized Friends.
5.1 Representation and Warranty of Express Candidate Consent
If you create, submit, or manage a profile on behalf of a son, daughter, sibling, ward, relative, or friend:
1. You explicitly warrant that you have secured the express, informed, voluntary, and prior written consent of the candidate.
2. You warrant that the candidate satisfies all eligibility criteria in Section 3 of these Terms.
3. You agree that both you (the manager) and the candidate are jointly, severally, and individually liable for all interactions, representations, communications, and disputes arising from the account.
4. If a candidate contacts Aatron requesting the modification, deactivation, or transfer of a profile registered on their behalf, Aatron reserves the absolute right to honor the candidate’s personal directive upon identity confirmation.
6. ABSOLUTE PROFILE TRUTHFULNESS AND USER WARRANTIES
6.1 Truthful Matrimonial Representations
You acknowledge that prospective partners and their families make profound, life-altering decisions based upon the representations made in your profile. You expressly warrant that all information submitted—including age, marital history, religion, sect, educational degrees, institutions attended, occupation, employer, annual income brackets, physical height, body type, blood group, citizenship, residency status, family lineage, and habits—is 100% truthful, accurate, and non-misleading.
6.2 Strict Prohibition of Misrepresentations
You shall not:
Inflate or fabricate educational achievements, academic credentials, or professional licenses;
Misrepresent your financial net worth, annual earnings, property ownership, or employment status;
Conceal previous marriages, existing children, dependents, or ongoing legal proceedings;
Use false names, aliases, or altered biographical details.
7. IDENTITY VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND COMPLETE VERIFICATION DISCLAIMER
7.1 Submission of Identification Documents
To promote community safety and deter bad actors, WeddingWay provides an identity verification mechanism (VerificationDoc). Users may upload government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter Registration Card).
7.2 Administrative Scope of "Verified" Badges
Verification documents are administratively reviewed by Aatron’s moderation staff solely to confirm that the basic details (name, date of birth, photograph) reasonably correspond with the profile data provided.
A "Verified" badge or icon on a profile signifies ONLY that the member has submitted a document copy that passed basic administrative facial and data matching.
7.3 COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF BACKGROUND CLEARANCE
CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE: A "VERIFIED" BADGE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ENDORSEMENT, CHARACTER GUARANTEE, BACKGROUND CERTIFICATION, OR FINANCIAL CLEARANCE BY AATRON.

AATRON DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND AUDITS, IN-PERSON FIELD INVESTIGATIONS, POLICE CLEARANCES, CREDIT SCORE CHECKS, EMPLOYMENT AUDITS, MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS, OR COURT MARRIAGE REGISTRY AUDITS.
7.4 Mandatory User and Family Due Diligence
YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ASSUME SOLE, COMPLETE, AND EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONDUCTING INDEPENDENT, THOROUGH INQUIRIES, FAMILY REFERENCE CHECKS, RESIDENTIAL VISITS, AND BACKGROUND VERIFICATIONS PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, CELEBRATING BETROTHALS, OR ENTERING INTO MARRIAGE WITH ANY PERSON ENCOUNTERED ON THE PLATFORM.
Aatron disclaims all liability for any fraudulent misrepresentations, hidden marital histories, character defects, financial losses, or criminal conduct perpetrated by any member.
8. INTERMEDIARY SAFE HARBOR IMMUNITY (SECTION 230 EQUIVALENT)
8.1 Aatron as an Interactive Computer Service Provider
Aatron operates WeddingWay strictly as an online platform, technical conduit, and interactive computer service. Aatron is an intermediary under applicable internet communication and telecommunication laws.
8.2 No Publisher Liability
Aatron does not author, originate, or verify the truth of user-generated profile data, messages, photographs, or external claims. Aatron shall not be treated as the publisher, speaker, or guarantor of any information provided by another information content provider. Under no circumstances shall Aatron be liable for defamatory, offensive, false, deceptive, or illegal content posted or transmitted by any user.
9. PHOTO PRIVACY, GALLERY SECURITY, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 Photo Guidelines and Standards
All photographs uploaded to WeddingWay must:
Be clear, recent, high-resolution images of the actual candidate;
Display the candidate’s face clearly without obscuring masks, heavy alterations, or deceptive deepfakes;
Comply strictly with public decency standards (no nudity, transparent garments, swimwear, obscene gestures, or group photos where the candidate cannot be identified).
9.2 Photo Blurring and Permission-Gated Requests
WeddingWay provides an advanced Photo Privacy Engine allowing users to enable photo blurring (blurPhotos). When activated, profile pictures and galleries appear blurred to visitors.
Members wishing to view private photographs must submit an explicit Photo Request (PhotoRequest).
You retain complete, unrestricted discretion to approve or reject any incoming Photo Request.
9.3 Limited License to Aatron
By uploading photos, text, or media, you grant Aatron a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, cache, compress, blur, store (e.g., via encrypted Cloudflare R2 infrastructure), and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Services.
9.4 Absolute Ban on Saving, Screenshots, and Scraping Member Media
ALL PHOTOGRAPHS AND MEMBER DATA DISPLAYED ON WEDDINGWAY ARE THE PRIVATE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.
You explicitly covenant that you shall NOT:
Take screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, or captures of any member’s photo, gallery, or profile;
Download, save, harvest, scrape, or extract any member photograph or personal data;
Repost, circulate, or publish any member photo on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, forums, or any third-party website;
Conduct automated reverse-image lookups, facial recognition harvesting, or biometric indexing.
Violation of this Section constitutes willful copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, and criminal breach of confidence. Aatron and the aggrieved user reserve the right to seek emergency injunctive relief, statutory damages, and criminal prosecution without the requirement of posting a bond.
10. IN-APP MESSAGING, COMMUNICATIONS, AND SOCKET INFRASTRUCTURE
10.1 Real-Time Chat Privileges
WeddingWay provides encrypted, real-time messaging capabilities via Socket.IO infrastructure to enable verified, paying members to converse with consented matches.
10.2 Mandatory Code of Communication Conduct
When transmitting messages or attachments through WeddingWay, you agree to uphold strict standards of respect, decency, and dignity. You shall NOT:
Transmit vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, lewd, or blasphemous statements or media;
Transmit hate speech, religious defamation, ethnic slurs, or derogatory remarks;
Harass, stalk, intimidate, bully, threaten, or demean any member or their family;
Solicit money, loans, gifts, emergency aid, travel allowances, or investment opportunities;
Send spam, chain letters, commercial advertising, or promotional links;
Transmit malicious files, scripts, trojans, or computer viruses.
10.3 Right to Monitor, Restrict, and Terminate
Aatron reserves the unreserved, unilateral right to employ automated heuristic filters and human review teams to investigate reported abuse. Aatron may monitor, intercept, restrict, block, or delete any communication or attachment that violates this Agreement, and may terminate offending accounts immediately without refund.
11. IN-PERSON MEETUP REQUESTS AND OFFLINE SAFETY PROTOCOLS
11.1 Meetup Proposal Feature
The Platform offers a structured Meetup Request feature (MeetupRequest), allowing matched candidates to propose in-person meetings at designated venues.
11.2 Mandatory Offline Safety Rules
When meeting any individual for the first time in the physical world:
1. Always Meet in Public Venues: Meet exclusively at busy, well-lit public establishments (e.g., family restaurants, cafes, hotel lobbies). Never agree to meet at private residences, isolated hotel rooms, secluded parks, or vehicles.
2. Involve Family Members: In adherence to dignified matrimonial values, strongly prefer having parents, guardians, or trusted family members accompany you.
3. Notify Independent Third Parties: Always inform family members or friends of your exact itinerary, venue address, prospective match’s contact details, and expected return time.
4. Independent Transport: Arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. Never accept private rides or lifts with a prospective partner during early interactions.
5. Protect Financial and Private Data: Never bring large sums of cash, disclose banking credentials, or surrender original identity documents during meetings.
11.3 ABSOLUTE DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR OFFLINE ACTS
AATRON DOES NOT OVERSEE, SUPERVISE, ESCORT, OR MONITOR IN-PERSON MEETINGS BETWEEN MEMBERS. AATRON AND WEDDINGWAY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, ASSAULT, THEFT, FRAUD, EXTORTION, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, LOSS, OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OFFLINE INTERACTIONS, MEETINGS, BETROTHALS, OR MARRIAGES. YOU ASSUME 100% OF ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH OFFLINE MEETINGS.
12. ZERO-TOLERANCE OFFENSES: FRAUD, SCAMS, AND DOWRY
Aatron enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against the following violations:
1. Financial Scams and Romance Fraud: Requesting money, cryptocurrency, bank wires, prepaid gift cards, or financial favors under any pretext (e.g., medical emergency, customs parcel clearance, visa delays, business failure).
2. Dowry Demands and Solicitation: Demanding, soliciting, or negotiating dowry payments, property transfers, or monetary extortion as a condition of marriage, in direct violation of the Dowry Prohibition Act and applicable anti-extortion legislation.
3. Blackmail and Extortion: Threatening to disclose private conversations, photographs, or family details unless money or favors are provided.
4. Commercial Solicitation: Using the platform for commercial matrimony bureaus, dating agencies, MLM recruitment, or advertising.
5. Automated Scraping and Hacking: Deploying automated scripts, bots, spiders, crawlers, or brute-force tools against our API or web interfaces.
6. Harassment of Rejections: Harassing or re-contacting any member who has declined an Interest, rejected a Photo Request, or declined a Meetup Request.
Any violation of this Section results in immediate permanent expulsion, forfeiture of all fees, blacklisting, and referral of user data and audit logs directly to criminal law enforcement.
13. PAID MEMBERSHIPS, BOOST PLANS, AND PAYMENT TERMS
13.1 Premium Tiers and Virtual Quotas
WeddingWay offers free basic access as well as premium paid membership tiers (OrderPlan) and profile visibility boosts (BoostPlan / UserBoostOrder). Paid memberships grant virtual entitlements, such as:
Contact view quotas (contactViewLimit) allowing members to view prospective partners' verified phone numbers and emails (UserContactView);
Enhanced search visibility and preference filtering;
Direct real-time chat and communication privileges;
Specific plan validity durations (e.g., 30, 90, 180, or 365 calendar days).
13.2 Multi-Currency Billing and Payment Gateways
Pricing is established in USD ($), BDT (৳), EUR (€), or local currencies.
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, SSLCommerz, and authorized acquiring banks).
You warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment instrument provided.
Aatron does not store raw credit card numbers or CVVs on its servers.
13.3 Promo Codes and Promotional Reductions
Promo codes (PromoCode) must be applied prior to completing payment.
Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are restricted to maximum usage limits (maxUsage). Aatron reserves the right to void any discount obtained through technical error or abuse.
14. DIGITAL SERVICES NATURE, STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY, AND CHARGEBACK PENALTIES
14.1 Instant Consumption of Intangible Digital Services
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WEDDINGWAY’S MEMBERSHIP TIERS, CONTACT VIEW ALLOCATIONS, AND PROFILE BOOSTS CONSTITUTE INTANGIBLE DIGITAL GOODS AND SERVICES.
Upon transaction approval:
Premium capabilities are immediately provisioned on your account;
Allocated contact view quotas are instantly credited and available for viewing sensitive third-party contact information.
14.2 Absolute Non-Refundable Policy
ALL PURCHASES OF MEMBERSHIP PLANS, PROFILE BOOSTS, AND VIRTUAL CREDITS ARE STRICTLY FINAL, COMPLETED, AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
No refunds shall be issued if you decide to cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of your validity period.
No refunds shall be provided on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the number of matches, responses received from other members, lack of mutual interest, or failure to conclude a marriage.
No refunds shall be granted for unused contact view quotas or remaining boost days upon plan expiration, account deactivation, or account deletion.
No refunds shall be issued if your account is suspended or terminated by Aatron due to breach of these Terms, falsification of data, or abusive behavior.
14.3 Chargebacks, Payment Reversals, and Liquidated Damages
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or credit card dispute without prior written authorization from Aatron constitutes a material breach of contract and intentional fraud. In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:
Your account, profile, phone number, email, and IP address will be permanently banned and blacklisted across Aatron platforms.
You agree to pay Aatron liquidated damages of $250.00 USD (or equivalent in local currency) plus all bank chargeback fees, collection fees, and reasonable legal costs incurred by Aatron in contesting and recovering the disputed funds.
Aatron reserves the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to national credit bureaus, fraud prevention networks, and legal authorities.
15. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, DEACTIVATION, AND TERMINATION
15.1 Voluntary Deactivation and Account Deletion
You may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support@aatron.org.
Deactivation conceals your profile from searches and discovery.
Voluntary account deletion results in the immediate, permanent forfeiture of all remaining subscription durations, active boosts, and unused contact view allocations without compensation or refund.
15.2 Disciplinary Termination for Cause
Aatron reserves the absolute right to suspend, freeze, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, delete your profile, and purge your content immediately, without notice or liability, if:
You violate any provision of these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
You submit fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents or profile data;
Multiple abuse reports or scam complaints are submitted against your account;
You engage in harassment, extortion, hate speech, or criminal conduct;
Required by legal process, court decree, or law enforcement directive.
15.3 Survival of Provisions
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform immediately terminates. Sections 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 shall survive termination.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
16.1 Exclusive Ownership by Aatron
All rights, title, and interest in and to WeddingWay—including its source code, compiled software, databases, matching algorithms, user interfaces, graphical designs, logos, trade dress, trademarks, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Aatron and are protected under international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret conventions.
16.2 Limited User License
Aatron grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use WeddingWay strictly for personal matrimonial matching, subject to your full compliance with these Terms.
17. COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
17. 1 "As-Is" and "As-Available" Provision
THE WEDDINGWAY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
17.2 Specific Warranty Exclusions
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AATRON EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BUGS WILL BE CORRECTED;
ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AUTHENTICITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY USER-SUBMITTED PROFILE, STATEMENT, DOCUMENT, OR PHOTOGRAPH;
ANY WARRANTY, PROMISE, OR GUARANTEE THAT USING WEDDINGWAY WILL RESULT IN A SUCCESSFUL MATCH, BETROTHAL, OR MARRIAGE, OR THAT ANY MATCH WILL BE EMOTIONALLY, SOCIALLY, FINANCIALLY, OR MORALLY SUITABLE.
18. COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
18.1 Consequential Damages Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AATRON, ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, MENTAL ANGUISH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, MARITAL DISSOLUTION, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
1. YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
2. ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS, MEETUPS, MARRIAGE PROPOSALS, OR BETROTHALS WITH OTHER USERS;
3. ANY CONDUCT, DEFAMATION, MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD, SCAMS, OR HARASSMENT PERPETRATED BY ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY;
4. ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR LEAK OF YOUR PROFILE DATA, TRANSMISSIONS, OR PHOTOGRAPHS;
5. ANY TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
18.2 Monetary Liability Cap
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, AATRON’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DISPUTES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE STRICTLY CAPPED AT AND LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF:
THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO AATRON FOR WEDDINGWAY SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY; OR
FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00 USD) (OR LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT).
19. BROAD USER INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aatron, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:
Your violation or breach of any term, warranty, or representation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
Your violation of any applicable civil, criminal, matrimonial, dowry, or consumer protection law;
Any user profile information, media, photographs, documents, or messages submitted or transmitted by you;
Any dispute, conflict, altercation, or fallout between you and any other user or third party;
Any offline meetup, betrothal, or marriage arranged or resulting from the Services;
Your infringement of the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or personal rights of any individual.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
20.1 Mandatory 60-Day Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to send a formal written notice of dispute ("Dispute Notice") to admin@aatron.org and weddingway@aatron.org. The Dispute Notice must describe the factual nature of the claim and the specific relief sought. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the dispute informally for a period of sixty (60) calendar days following receipt of the Notice.
20.2 Mandatory Binding Individual Arbitration
If informal negotiations do not resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, final, and binding individual arbitration, administered by a recognized arbitration authority under its standard commercial rules. The arbitration shall take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are strictly forbidden. The arbitrator's award shall be final, non-appealable, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
20.3 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
YOU AND AATRON EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST AATRON. YOU LIKEWISE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
20.4 Strict One-Year Statute of Limitations
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM, CAUSE OF ACTION, OR DEMAND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO WEDDINGWAY OR THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN EXACTLY ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute or controversy arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of [Jurisdiction / Country of Incorporation - e.g., United States / Bangladesh / England & Wales], without regard to its conflict of law doctrines.
To the extent that any legal proceeding or court action is permissible outside of binding arbitration under Section 20, you and Aatron submit to the exclusive personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the courts located in the designated principal place of business of Aatron.
22. MISCELLANEOUS LEGAL PROVISIONS
22.1 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force, effect, and enforceability.
22.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and official payment receipts, constitute the complete, entire, and exclusive agreement between you and Aatron concerning WeddingWay, superseding all prior oral or written discussions, promises, or representations.
22.3 No Waiver
No delay or failure by Aatron to enforce any right, power, or provision under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right, power, or provision.
22.4 Force Majeure
Aatron shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, server outages, telecommunications failures, cyber attacks, or governmental directives.
23. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
Aatron reserves the unilateral right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications are made:
We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
In cases of material changes affecting your rights, we will provide conspicuous notice (via email or dashboard alert) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date.
Your continued access to or use of WeddingWay following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your full, unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
